Moving Toward a Healthier Me in 2023M.E.A.N Girls Empowerment (MGE) is excited to host our 2nd annual Girls Health Matters Summit for girls ages 8-18. This year's theme is Moving Toward a Healthier Me in 2023. The objective of this summit is to provide girls in underserved areas in Chicago with a safe space to learn and discuss various topics surrounding their mental, physical, and sexual health, among other health-related issues. Attendees will have an opportunity to engage with age-appropriate workshops and vendors focusing on but not limited to, suicide awareness, poison prevention, and menstrual education. The summit will include prizes and giveaways. A breakfast snack, lunch, and t-shirt will be provided for attendees.
