Always wanted to try tai chi or ki gong? Come for a free, open class on Sunday, Feb 26th at 2:00 pm. No experience required. We will do some circulation and stretching exercises to loosen the body and then work on balance and breathing through simple movements. We finish with a seated meditation.
Our floors are padded, so please wear comfortable clothing and socks. Shoes are not permitted in the training room. Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to fill our our visitor form and waiver. Tai chi/kigong class will last 1 hour.
After class, we serve herbal tea and can answer questions about our Body & Brain practice. We will also offer aura/energy readings using a biofeedback device for $10. Takes about 5 minutes per person. See what your aura colors are and what your stress versus relaxation levels are. Please bring your cell phone to take a photo of your aura photo/chart.
