In this masterclass, they'll share real experiences overcoming lessons they've learned as owners of a successful hybrid chair rental salon to help you make the jump. Join us for this 5 hour masterclass where we'll help you to find your purpose, lay your personal and professional foundation, and achieve a new success in your craft. SCHEDULE: 10:30 am Arrival, coffee, introductions 11:00-12:00 pm Finding your purpose Teaser: Finding your why, defining your passion, and purpose for life. 12:00-1:00 pm Building a personal foundation Teaser: Mental, spiritual, and physical stability. Laying the groundwork personally so you can flourish professionally. 1:00-2:00 pm Crafting a professional foundation Teaser: Building your support system, financial education, experimenting where you're at, honing your idea for a new business, positive transitions 2:00-4:00 pm Business tactical skills (Finance, Branding, Marketing) Teaser: Unit economics of your hair business, taxes, budgeting, incorporating, building a brand kit, social media, getting the right clients for you. Each module is 45 minutes. There will also be four individualized 10-minute coaching sessions for 'burning desires' from attendees. Boxed lunch will be provided and healthy snacks! ATTENDEE INSTRUCTIONS: Bring a notebook or tablet lap top, or whatever you feel you work best with. Something comfortable to wear (this class about you and being comfortable in your attire).
