Brooke Dodson, creator and owner of Vibrant Roots, will be discussing the three different mushroom teas made by Vibrant Roots, as well as the ingredients and preparation of each. Learn about the importance of each ingredient, where they are derived from, medicinal properties, and ways you can incorporate them into your own routine. There will be samples of each to try different variations. Each attendee will be sent home with a sample size of each Mushroom tea and the option to purchase any of the mushroom teas at the event for 20% OFF. **This workshop is part of an ongoing series, Cultivating Community with The Farmers' Stand, where folks are being invited to connect and learn from leaders in our local food system.
