This workshop will discuss the art of charcuterie, how it came to be and how to make a well rounded board. Meat preservation techniques will also be provided. Brandon Johns will be hosting and will explain different styles of charcuterie and tradition accompaniments (pickles, mustard, bread, crackers ect).
Class is $75 a person and includes enough charcuterie and 2 cocktails per person.
