Region 2, in collaboration with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, is hosting a Town Hall meeting on April 17, 2023. Town Hall Meetings are being held in every region of the state to garner input on the next version of the Mother Infant Health & Equity Improvement Plan. Anyone interested in the health and wellbeing of Michigan families is welcome to attend.
Meetings will include an overview of successes under the current Improvement Plan, and an opportunity to share feedback on the next version of the plan. Town Hall meetings seek to align efforts to improve health outcomes and work towards zero health disparities.
