Description
Enjoy a 60 minute sound bath as you immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, improvisational vocals, and drums. Renew your connection to self and spirit as you allow yourself to be carried on the wave of sound and song. Celebrate your own healing and wellness and embrace your purpose and joy as you reset and rebalance your nervous system with 60 minutes of sound healing. ~ We will begin with a short, guided meditation to set our intentions. ~ You will lie on the floor in a heated yoga studio (so please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will make you comfortable – pillows, yoga mat, blankets) ~ Healing Harmony will create a musical experience with the singing bowls, improvisational vocals, and drums that will guide your own healing journey. ~ We will end with a moment of silence to let you deeply rest, relax, and restore. Increase your vibrational energies and awaken your body, mind, and spirit with a unique sound healing experience by Healing Harmony. Healing Harmony was created by Heather Mullin out of her profound personal lessons learned during her healing journey through surgery, pain, and recovery. This journey brought her back home to her decades long practice of meditation, mindfulness, and music. Heather’s musical journey began early in her childhood with both of her parents teaching and playing professionally. In high school Heather was selected to represent the United States on a trip to China, South Korea, and Hong Kong where she first encountered the ideas and traditions of mindfulness. She began a decades long meditation practice which sustained her through the trauma of sexual violence, being an eye witness to the terrorist attacks in New York on 9/11, and the accumulated stress of over 20 years in the legal profession. She continued her musical education by attending Edmonds College, attained a BA degree in music from the University of Washington, and completed graduate studies in vocal performance at New York University. She is a certified sound healing practitioner. The benefits of using the vibrational frequency of sound and mindfulness have been well documented and have been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Sound healing treatments with Healing Harmony can increase resilience, promote happiness, and increase wellbeing. Our health and wellbeing are especially important now as we return to the people and places we love!
