Seattle University College of Education in collaboration with Rainier Valley Leadership Academy presents Gholdy Muhammad, acclaimed educator and author of Cultivating Genius: An Equity Framework for Culturally and Historically Responsive Literacy, in candid conversation with Rainier Valley Leadership Academy scholars and community. Her latest book, Unearthing Joy: A Guide to Culturally and Historically Responsive Teaching and Learning, was just released February 1st, 2023. Delbert Richardson's award winning traveling American History Museum, "The Unspoken Truths" will be the centerpiece of conversation.
