Description

Thank you for your support of the Utah Society for Respiratory Care!   This agreement allows you to secure booth space for the 2023 USRC Conference.  Booth rentals include two representatives.  Additional representatives are $50 each.  A table, two chairs, and lunch are provided;  Parking is free.   Early Bird Registration ends on March 1, 2023. Refund Policy:  Cancellation of a sponsor/exhibitor must be made at least 14 days prior to the conference to be eligible for a refund (minus a 25% processing fee).  No refunds will be given for any cancellations of a sponsor/exhibitor after the 14-day deadline.   If Paying by Check: Please make checks payable to the USRC and send to the following address: USRC c/o WSU Respiratory Therapy 3875 Stadium Way, Dept 3904 Ogden, UT  84408-3904
