Join Bay Area Young Professionals in International Education (BAYPIE) to sample some Bay Area culture! We'll start with a hike in the Picchetti Ranch Open Space Preserve in Cupertino, and then we'll taste some wines at nearby Picchetti Winery while enjoying a BYO picnic. Come for the hike and stay for the wine or skip the hike and come for the wine/BYO picnic! 11 AM: Hike starting from Pichetti Winery Parking Lot12:30 PM: Wine tasting & picnic (bring your own food, picnic tables are onsite)We are keeping an eye on the weather and will send out a message to everyone who has registered on Saturday afternoon to give an update on whether we will go forward with the event or postpone it. Details Pets are not allowed on the trail or at the winery. Restrooms and drinking water available at the trailhead. Hike is 2.9 miles and is rated as easy. Meeting point for the hike: Park in the gravel lot, start at the southern end of the parking lot and walk down the dirt road to the information signboard on the right side of the road. Free parking. $20 fee for wine tasting – includes customized flight of 5 Picchetti wines. Detailed information about the hike. What are BAYPIE Events?
