Malcolm Carter has partnered with the WSU Office of Diversity and Inclusion and Cameron Harris to host a free film screening and discussion on March 2nd at 6pm in the Rhatigan Student Center Room 266. Harris’ film “In Our Words” explores what African-Americans and Africans in the Diaspora in the U.S., South Africa, and Europe experience. With a nod to the history of slavery and Jim Crow, Harris asked people of all ages and genders to share what it means to be Black today, and whether racism exists.
