Saturday, March 11, 2023 at The Piazza at Tivoli Village | 12 PM - 3 PM Join us and Animal Network, The Samadhi Legacy, The Animal Foundation, Kiss My Paws and Vegas Pet Rescue Project as they bring some of their loveable dogs that need a forever homeDurango Animal Hospital, ImPETus Dog Training, The Humane Society of the United States, Heaven Can Wait, Animal Bonds, Dog & Whistle will be available to answer questions about veterinarian care, dog training and animal careBring your furry friends in costume for a chance to win prizesSnap a shot with you and your fur-baby at our custom photo opAnd for those 21+, enjoy a cold craft beer or cocktail from Trixie's Mobile Bars located at The Piazza. All are welcome to enjoy and you are not required to bring a pup. Dogs must remain on leashes for the entirety of the event. The undersigned also agrees to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Tivoli Village and any special rules or provisions that may be required for this event. The owner of Tivoli Village, Vestar Property Management, its agents and representatives, and The Animal Foundation and its representatives are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person or animal while participating in Ales & Tails Pet Adoption. In consideration of my participation in at Ales & Tails, I acknowledge that I am aware of the possible risks, dangers and hazards associated with my participation at Ales & Tails, (including the possible risk of severe or fatal injury to myself, my animal and/or others). Guests must present a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age or older to purchase an alcoholic beverage at the beer garden. Alcoholic beverages will not be permitted outside of designated areas within The Piazza. Restrictions apply. I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, that I have executed this agreement voluntarily, and that this agreement is to be binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity.
