EMPOWERING THROUGH ART does ALL this and more! You will find with it an ease of effort, of meeting people (and yourself) in a safe space, a judgement free zone, to be who you are and where you are in that moment, in finding commonalities and vulnerabilities while practicing the “art” of making peace within. And you will get to experience all that through laughter, acceptance, encouragement, and ART! Oh, the fun we will have! We welcome you to join us on an exploration of the ART within each of us…the natural art and power we each have within us to cheer ourselves (and others) on while re-writing our DNA on how and what we think about ourselves and how we speak to ourselves.
