He holds certifications as a CoreClarity facilitator and a Strengths Champion, both related to the life changing CliftonStrengths assessment and is currently completing an additional certification through the Profession Christian Coaching Institute. A lifelong learner, Dave holds four college degrees including two undergraduate degrees from Purdue University, a Masters in Engineering Management from SMU, and a Certificate of Theological Studies from Brite Divinity School at TCU.
