The goal of this event is to unite with other dads in the Muay Thai community and have a fun, friendly, and SAFE, sparring session. This will give us an opportunity to network, exchange our knowledge and bond over Muay Thai and Dad life. NO EGOS! This is not a tournament. We want to set a good example for our little ones and possible future Nak Muays. Agenda: Meet and warm up at 10am. We will aim to sparr by 1030am or 11am. (This is our first session so please bare with us). The session will be over by 1pm. You can sparr as much or as little as you want between 11am and 1pm. Rules: Treat everyone with respect. No hard sparring. Focus on speed and combos. Make contact but remember this is not real fight. Check your emotions at the door. Equipment: Please bring all your gear! Headgear, elbow pads, knee pads, shin guards, mouth guard and a cup (unless you don't plan on having more kids)
