Program Noon Program: Hospitality Education - Be a part of the change Knox County Schools - 865 Academy (Hospitality) Knox County Schools has embarked on the creation of career-theme academies in the high schools. Students will choose an academy/career pathway, which will include classes aligned to a college or career goal. These classes will be completed during 10th, 11th and `12th grades, combining learning experiences that bring businesses and college partners into the school.
