California is the first state in the nation to form a 9 member Task Force to study and develop reparations proposals for African American descendants of US chattel slavery. Local film producers and digital advocacy agency ETM Media Group has covered CA Reparations Task Force activities from inception and work closely with the grassroots group, Coalition for a Just and Equitable California, CJEC that helped write the specificty language into historic AB3121 reparations legislation.
