Join Kansas City PBS and award winning producer Catherine Hoffman for a screening of her new documentary "Preserving Our Past: The Story Continues" at Equal Minded Cafe. The event will also feature a selection of local, Black-owned businesses with pop-up tables to visit before the screening takes place. 5:30-6 p.m. | Community Gathering at Equal Minded Cafe 6-6:30 p.m. | Screening Parking: Limited street parking will be available. We encourage ridesharing when possible. Food: Complimentary half sandwiches will be available.
