Program Purpose: The Young Women’s Leadership Institute is dedicated to creating a safe space for and a network of young, black women to grow and connect through leadership development. This yearlong immersion in learning and exploring provides opportunities for the next generation of Southern Black women to organize and advocate for social and economic justice.
