Join us to learn how to start your own seeds indoors and have your homegrown plants ready for your summer garden! Together we'll cover topics like choosing your growing medium, when to start various seeds, cold stratification and general seed germination tips, humidity and watering, grow lights, transplanting, fertilization, and more with plenty of time to ask your gardening questions. The cost of the ticket includes a reusable 72-cell seedling tray with water tray below, humidity dome, heat mat, your choice of three of our Southern Exposure Seed Exchange seed packets, and the seed starting mix to fill your seedling tray. As we learn, you will fill your trays and plant your seeds! A grow light is not included with the cost of the ticket but is highly suggested for successful growing. We carry some in store if you do not already have one.
