Description

No prior experience is necessary. Open to all girls entering grades 6-12 in the fall of 2023. Participants will select groups based on experience and will learn and practice essential skills associated with their level. Each group will go on an appropriate trail ride and conclude with games and skills challenges. Loaner bikes are available on a first come first serve basis. Aadditionally, there will be an adult clinic aimed at introducing mountain biking to NICA moms, new and returning women coaches, volunteers and supporters of NICA student athletes. Again, no prior mountain biking experience is necessary. Every participant is required to sign a waiver, but you do not need to be a registered NICA athlete to join this clinic.
