NO AGENT LEFT BEHIND - TAMPA's 1st Annual DAY at THE RACES. Come spend the afternoon, (any or all of it) among colleagues and friends, networking, in the WINNERS PAVILION at Tampa Bay DOWNS, amongst the horses and some fresh air. Tampa Bay Downs is a true Tampa treasure. We will be joined by, National Speaker, Real Estate Expert, and my freind, Sean Carpenter. Sean is the former Director of Training and Development for NRT Ohio who has been a licensed Realtor with Coldwell Banker King Thompson since 1998. Sean has been recognized as one of Inman News 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate (2013), and he’s been one of the Swanepoel’s Top 20 Most Influential Social Media Voices in Real Estate since 2016. Sean's motto is BUILD RELATIONSHIPS, SOLVE PROBLEMS and HAVE FUN. Join us on St. Patty's Day - we will be doing exactly that! The event runs from 11 am - 5 pm (after the last race of the day).
