Robyn from Family Balance Yoga will lead a yoga sequence designed with pregnancy in mind. Whether you are leading up to your birth or you have already given birth this practice will be beneficial in helping you cultivate strength, breath and alignment.
This gentle yoga practice is geared towards pregnancy, but all are welcome to join!
When: Tuesdays at 9:30 AM
Bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. If not, there will be extra mats available for use.
Please note: Class must have at least 4 participants to take place. If we do not have at least 4 people signed up by 4 PM the evening before we will make the call to cancel the class. We will communicate with you via email if we have to cancel.
