CALLING TOGETHER an intimate group of deep-diving, playful and soulful women (all woman-identified and non-binary folks are welcome) to join this month-long DEEP DIVE into our Divine Feminine natureSacred time for going within; Sharing connection with sisters; Stoking the fire of our Life Force Energy Together we will create a sacred feminine oasis where we can come and drink deeply; nurturing our body, mind and spirit,as we express our innate playful creativity, deepen in connection, and awaken our fullest capacity to Embrace Life. Connecting with the sanctity of our spirit. The holy temple of our woman's body. Listening to our inner wisdom. Welcoming magic! In our time together, we will be drawing from: (ALL of Alison's favorite things! ) Meditation & Qi Gong to connect with our essential life force energy Improvisational movement; dance and vocal play Inner guidance/ breathwork journey Authentic movement, sisterhood connection, artistic integration Restorative Shivasana with Acupuncture/ essential oils/ stone medicineThe specific themes and flavor of each gathering will arise in response to the group who comes together! A co-creative experience, where we collectively surrender to follow the energy, honoring the power and mystery of the Divine Feminine as she moves through us We create and uphold a safe & supportive, welcoming environment. Each woman is empowered through and through, to tune in to herself, listen to her needs, & participate at her own level of comfort and expression.
