The Fredericksburg Area Alumnae Chapter (FAAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will be hosting a teen symposium for middle school and high school students in the Greater Fredericksburg Area on Saturday, April 15th, 2023. In response to the rise of violence in our public schools, we will bring federal, state and local school leaders to share their expertise and provide recommendations that will assist with violence prevention, student safety and behavioral modification techniques. Our expert panelists and keynote address by leaders in the field will also engage our youth participants in an intellectual discussion on school violence as it relates to their future and civic responsibility.
