JOIN US to learn about and discuss the BHA effort to develop, in coordination with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) and other relevant state agencies and stakeholders, universal contracting provisions to be used by state agencies when contracting for behavioral health services. These new contracting provisions need to be created by July 1, 2023, to meet legislative timelines (Colorado Revised Statutes ยง27-50-203).
The BHA will also share information and updates relating to other behavioral health reform efforts in the state. These sessions are designed to engage state contracted providers of behavioral health services, regional accountable entities, managed services organizations, and administrative services organizations, although anyone is welcome to attend. Specifically, perspectives and experience with contracting, fiscal management, and/or delivering of behavioral health services are needed.
