e3 Orientation is a necessary step in your on-boarding process. You will have the opportunity to network and connect with other e3 staff to learn about the vision, mission and values of e3 Partners. There will be trainings in our essential processes, money management/reimbursements/expenses and much, much more. This training is designed to help equip you to feel completely ready to thrive in the field. Who Should Attend? All new staff of e3 Partners must attend. For those in MPD you must reach 75% of your goal prior to attending (we aim to host one orientation every 4-6 months). Spouses and children of field staff are invited and encouraged to attend. Please let us know the names and ages of your children that plan to attend. Each adult will need to register separately.Topics covered in the orientation: Cross cultural readinessPeace Pursuit (conflict resolution)Safety and securityBuilding your teamStrategic planningFinanceRaising ministry fundsLaunching to the fieldMobilization towards international strategies Creative partnerships to serve your ministry Other details: Each Staff member that will be attending will receive a $250 voucher for travel expenses. We do have 12- double occupancy rooms that we will offer to the first 24 people that want to stay on site. If you prefer this option, we suggest signing up quickly to reserve your spot. We will have two ticket options...The "With Lodging" ticket includes a room on site at the Spring Hill Retreat Center in Richardson, Texas. The "Orientation ONLY" ticket is for attendance only.Coffee and a continental-style breakfast and lunch will be provided each day.We will have a break for dinner, allowing you to go out to eat at one of the many nearby restaurants. We will also have a small kitchen if anyone has any dietary restrictions.No Children can stay overnight at the conference center, we do have some hotel suggestions if anyone would like guidance for staying off-site.Once you sign up, you will receive an email with more information. Please feel free to email [email protected] with any additional questions.CONCILLIUM TRAINING: For anyone that still needs to participate in a 3 and a half day CAST-FSC (Concilium Advanced Security Training-Field Security Course) before launch, we are working on setting one up the week after orientation for your convenience. Please indicate on your registration that you will need to participate in this training. The Concilium will be at Charis Hills Camp in Sunset, TX. The cost is $1100 per person, including meals and lodging.
