Hola, Vamos a explorar en Government Canyon State Park con Latino Outdoors ~ San Antonio, TX. This will be a 4 mile loop trail, mostly mild to moderate with a decent amount of rocky elevation with an overlook at the top. This will be a relaxed and no hurry pace. Weather as of current should be 68 to 78 degrees. So layer if needed. Wear comfortable hiking boots or comfortable shoes.A water bottle.Hat/sunglasses for sun protection if needed.Small backpack for water/snacks and anything extra.Those of you that have a TPWD pass and reserved for Sunday am, just meet us at the Nature playscape. It's in parking lot C. The person at the entrance booth will be able to direct you there. Those that do not have a pass, we will be at the booth to get you entered with the TPWD Centennial Pass. Once we get you in the park, we will direct you to meet us at the Nature playscape in parking lot C. We are excited to have you join us for our second hike this year : ). We will provide some breakfast tacos, fruits, and snacks Sunday am. Please arrive no later than 8:45 to the entrance booth. There are lines to get in often so please arrive early. I will be at Nature Playscape by 9 am so that we can be ready to hike no later than 9:45. This should be plenty of time.
