Mike McCartney is an executive coach who helps successful people become better leaders. His talk, “Next-Level Leadership” provides practical and counter-intuitive suggestions for everyone to strengthen their leadership skills. Mike has coached leaders at all levels—Fortune 500 C-Suites to family businesses and spoken coast to coast. He’s also an executive coach with University of Michigan, visiting lecturer with University of Toledo, and back in the day a professional rodeo athlete… Folks, literally, “this ain’t his first rodeo.” Mike and his wife, Molly, have been married 42 years, are members of St Joan of Arc Parish and the Genesis Chapter of Legatus, have 7 children, 3 grandchildren and—13 godchildren. Open to men and women of all faiths, the Catholic Business Network's mission is to engage and empower Northwest Ohio business leaders and professionals to promote Catholic values in the workplace.
