This 2 day immersive training is a practical beginning to learning the foundations of the soundbath using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and additional instruments. Experience Lisa’s signature methods and develop your own through this hands-on approach to sound therapy. No prior experience needed. Instruments will be provided to use during the course. You will have the opportunity to purchase bowls and gongs at a discounted rate. This two day training starts the beginner sound therapist with how sound works through to playing your first soundbath. The course focuses on the practical aspects of sound with plenty of hands-on practice. Over the two days of live, interactive lessons and practice you will learn the basic principles of sound, and how sound functions in relation to the energetic body.
