Our first ever All About Real Estate Workshop will go over the essential steps of the home-buying process. From applying for a mortgage to the contract to close process, you will leave with the knowledge and goals you need to make your home-buying dream a reality. You will hear from Josh Dean from Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, Alex Evans from Bradley K. Richardson, P.C., and Tyler Durham from Out & About Homes at Keller Williams Western Upstate. Josh will teach you about the different loan types that can be available to you along with the requirements necessary to get pre-approved. Alex will go over the role and importance of the closing attorney, and how they best represent you in the buying process. Tyler will explain the essential parts of the home-buying process, from initial needs analysis, earnest money, due diligence, and the contract-to-close process. There will also be interactive goal planning so you can leave with the tools necessary to turn your home buying dream into a reality.
