Ladies, new to lifting? This is for you!
Come learn the basics of lifting in this ONE TIME class with Katy Ferguson, founder of StrongHer Everyday - a women’s only fitness program.
The jam packed 90 minutes is filled with :
-learning & mastering basic bodyweight movements : squat, push up, hinge
-learning proper form & practicing lifts for dumbbell movements : overhead press, deadlift, goblet squat
-barbell movements: learning form technique : med ball clean, barbell deadlift, overhead press
This is super affordable because we want to get more weights in women’s hands!
Spots are limited, as we want to make sure you get enough one-on-one attention and assessment.
