Ladies, new to lifting? This is for you! Come learn the basics of lifting in this ONE TIME class with Katy Ferguson, founder of StrongHer Everyday - a women’s only fitness program. The jam packed 90 minutes is filled with : -learning & mastering basic bodyweight movements : squat, push up, hinge -learning proper form & practicing lifts for dumbbell movements : overhead press, deadlift, goblet squat -barbell movements: learning form technique : med ball clean, barbell deadlift, overhead press This is super affordable because we want to get more weights in women’s hands!
