Yoga on the Lawn (Sponsored by Prairie Organic) Join Elevate Yoga & Wellness (local / female owned) for a 90-minute morning session of intention setting, mindful movement, connection to breath and a guided sound meditation. (More details below.) Yoga session is $20 ($75 value). All are welcome. Class will be followed by Bloody Mary’s, Spritzers along with a yogurt parfait bar. The yoga class is $20 ($75 value). Why is the yoga class so cheap? Prairie Organic Spirits is sponsoring the event and under-writing many of the expenses. (It’s a great deal!) Yoga class? At a bar? I don’t get it. Garden Bar PHX is housed in a 1914 California bungalow in downtown Phoenix. It’s an actual house with a yard. If I’m undecided on the yoga, can I just show up? There may be room to purchase a ticket on site, but you won’t be guaranteed a place. We may sell out before the date. What if I don’t want to come to the yoga class, but want the drinks and yogurt parfait bar? No problem. Come at 11:00am. Just “purchase” the RSVP ticket that is free! What does the yoga session entail? The 90 minute session will include intention setting, mindful movement, connection to breath and a guided sound meditation. Class will kick off with a slow, gentle yoga flow where we'll move with intention and connect breath with movement. After releasing any tightness and restlessness, we'll settle into a state of deep relaxation through supportive restorative yoga shapes. We'll end with an extended savasana, guided meditation with imagery and harmonic sound meditation. Learn to create space within, listen softly, and bring awareness through conscious relaxation in this all levels friendly experience. What does the ticket price come with? The 90-minute yoga session + your own yoga mat (provided by Prairie Organic Spirits.) And, the Bloody Mary's and Yogurt Parfait bar afterwards.
