Immerse yourself in an evening of integrative movement and meditative writing. Lauren Sawson (BFA, CYT) will guide you towards embodiment of the space where intention meets attention; a multidisciplinary movement practice. Kim Fritz (BA, CYT) will guide a thoughtful approach to the practice and discipline of free association, meditative and lucid writing.
A Spring Awakening Tea, journal and pen will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing you are able to move in.
