Description

Art 4 Humanity is pleased to invite you to the One World Show Benefit Soirée featuring a live performance - a fashion and photography show presenting outfits from the prestigious Vionnet archive and a display of the photographs shot by the critically acclaimed group of women refugees wearing the Vionnet outfits by playing the dual role of models as well as photographers. Positioned as a hug across the planet to promote mutual support and give representation and voice, for the One World Show, A4H has involved young women from Miami's Haitian communities as models. A cocktail reception will follow the show. The Vionnet outfits and the photographs can be purchased during the event, and the net proceeds from the sale will benefit the training programs of the Photography School, allowing refugees to develop professional skills, gain representation and reinstate their identities.  You will contribute to supporting the Photography School training program by purchasing your ticket. VIP tickets are available for early access, preview, backstage visit, and welcome VIP cocktail. Join us to connect with artists and world leaders, support a unique project, and help build a world that embraces the value of human dignity. Enjoy a live performance and a video installation by artist Maritza Caneca. If you cannot participate in this event but wish to support the Photography School training program, kindly buy a ticket or donate here. Founded in Milan in 1935, Istituto Marangoni offers a unique blend of academic learning and creative and practical activities with its rich Italian heritage. From Franco Moschino to Julie de Libran, Andrea Pompilio, Rodolfo Paglialunga, and Alessandro Sartori, throughout its almost 90-year history, Marangoni has contributed to shaping countless key figures of the fashion and design industries throughout the world as well as spring-boarded the careers of thousands of students that have gone on to work for the world’s most prestigious brands. There are mysteries and cloistered beauties beyond what the vision makes us perceive. Life is magical and transient. The landscapes are also crossed by history that often makes us see only dogmas and half-truths. Poetic space can lead us to a deeper dive, an encounter with what is seen. Lightness, freedom, without borders. Maritza Caneca
