Gentle yoga styles help to get the body out of stress-mode, release tension, calm the nervous system, gain clearer thinking, and even restore an overall sense of balance to the body, mind and the spirit.
Yoga instructor Cynthia Om , will guide this class incorporating simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Each class will end with an extended period of relaxation. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
Cynthia Om is also a raw and vegan chef, health coach and guide, juice cleanse specialist and artist. She has been on the path of health and light for over 25 years.
