The Vivid Life Run is a family friendly event to help bring awareness to suicide prevention. This year, we are targeting one of the biggest at-risk groups: our law enforcement and first responders. We'd like to celebrate and recognize all the men and women who selflessly dedicate their lives to protect and serve their community. The goal of this event is to come together as a community to celebrate life and encourage connection. We have two course options this year, a one mile course and a 5k course. Each course will include several color stations where participants will be covered with non-toxic, biodegradable colored powder. The race will start and end at the pavilion . In the pavilion there will be food, music and a silent auction. We will also have a "Wall of Hero's" to recognize all who have served, past and present. There will also be a "merch" table where participants can purchase patriotic gear to wear during the run. All proceeds of the event go directly back to the Essex County Suicide Prevention Coalition to continue outreach events and to spread awareness and education. Registration fee includes swag bag and T-shirt. Early registration guarantees T-shirt size and provides discount. Early registration ends on 4/30/23. Any tickets purchased after 4/30/23 are not guaranteed requested t-shirt size or swag bag and will be distributed as supplies last.
