Our 8 year celebration weekend is ending with a bang as we bring back one of our most requested events, the Sunday Beer Brunch! This private event will be hosted in our taproom from 10 am to 11:30 am. Tickets are $40 and will include two complimentary beers either from our draft menu or from a brunch-only menu of craft beer-cocktails, along with a fruit parfait appetizer and your choice of one of the following main dishes: Savory Eggs Benedict with house-cured pork loin seared to perfection, served on traditional English muffins, topped with poached eggs and creamy hollandaise. Served with a light blistered tomato-arugula salad on the side.Rich, delectable, custardy French toast served with a sweet creme anglaise and a rustic Berry compote (made with our Blueberry & Huckleberry Pie sour ale), garnished with mint.A hearty corned beef skillet with house corned beef, savory potato hash and smothered in gravy and cheese.Please note: Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to offer menu substitutions. Additional Details: Gratuity and taxes are included in the cost of each ticket. All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Each ticket entitles the patron to 1 seating at this event. One ticket, one entry. Individuals must be 21 or older to purchase tickets, as verified by a valid photo ID at the time of ticket exchange (dinner seating). The event is hosted in person at WeldWerks Brewing Co. (508 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631) on Sunday, March 5th from 10 am to 11:30 am Tickets (either digital or printed) must be presented in person in order to enter the event.
