Part of the Alphabet Mafia? Identify as LGBTQ+?QUEER Yoga Sundays offers a communal space for folks to gather, move, and breathe together. We will connect and hold space for each other.We'll meet at 12pm and take a moment to settle in with brief introductions and an opportunity to get to know one another. An all levels practice will be offered with options for hands on assists. The practice is offered a sliding scale donation of $1 - $30. Cash or Venmo. Feel free to donate more!Bring a snack for afterwards if you'd like! We'll have more time to connect with one another after the practice. A few things you might want to bring:Yoga mat or towelWaterSnacksPractice will be held at Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness in Cap Hill on 14th & Ogden in the Treehouse. Space is limited to 33 folks.
