Please join Emily in this 30 minute offering of acknowledging and practicing the roots of a meditation practice; being the witness in stillness and breath. This is a guided, multisensory experience and practice that will meet you right where you are on your path. Like a yoga practice, a meditation practice can unfold and evolve differently in every body and mind. Likewise, it is a practice; one in which has been known for shifting perspectives, enhancing self awareness, increasing patience, holding space for emotions, and generating an importance of being and belonging. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
