Come start your day with a training session with a College Strength & Conditioning Coach and Brother of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. to not only get a great workout, but to learn how to do exercises properly and know how and why you’re doing the exercises. We want to highlight how important it is to lift weights in a safe manner in order to reduce your chances of injury and improve strength. You will practice methods to improve your mobility and finish off with the feeling of positivity from a tough workout on a Saturday morning. Bring a friend as well! We will supply optional water and Gatorade as well as some healthy snacks.
