✨ Lights, Camera, Aerial Action!✨Join our aerialists for a night at the movies! On Saturday, May 20, 2023, the Planning Committee at the Academy of Aerial Fitness will host the Eighth Annual Academy Awards fundraiser at its studio, 750 Sunland Park Drive in El Paso’s West Side. This exciting event helps to underwrite the fantastic work of the Academy. Be a part of our mission to promote physical and emotional growth, confidence, trust building, and creative expression through movement for our students regardless of age, gender, physical abilities, or economic status. The Academy Awards is our one major fundraiser of the year that allows us to outfit our studio with safe and up-to-date aerial and gym equipment, and offer the array of scholarships and programs that we do. There will be a breadth of activities to honor and share our aerial and circus arts culture. We will have live music, raffle prizes, food, and drinks for all attendees—and of course a showcase of over a dozen spectacular student aerial acts and pole performances.
