However, due to the 2020 pandemic, the arts took a huge pause, leading Jackie to her next journey: entrepreneurship! Cafe Cà Phê is Kansas City's first Vietnamese coffeeshop, which just opened their first brick and mortar shop in Columbus Park. Cafe Cà Phê centers their shop around the culture of the coffee as well as amplifying the Asian and Asian American narrative in the Midwest.
