Description

This is the required training to apply for the Oklahoma Self Defense Act (SDA) license; commonly known as the Concealed Carry License. In addition we will cover the new Constitutional Carry law outlining carry and self defense laws. This class includes both classroom and range time. This course covers: • The Oklahoma Self Defense & Constitutional Carry acts which govern the carrying of a handgun.• The laws that govern self-defense and the use of force.• Application process to obtain your SDA carry license.• Firearm safety.• Proper handling of pistols including hands on skills practice with dummy ammo.• The fundamentals of pistol shooting including skills practice with laser training pistols.• Live fire at the range.
