Our host this month is Cathy Bryant with Streets of Paradise. Streets of Paradise is a 501c(3) organization whose mission is fighting homelessness with dignity and grace. They have three main programs: Street Outreach, Foodshares, and Street to Home. Their Street to Home program helps to furnish homes for people transitioning out of homelessness and into a home because our friends are 87% more likely to stay in a home that is furnished. Our CWC Cause Nights are held at rotating locations in Manatee and Sarasota counties on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The Cause Nights are open networking meetings, with charitable giving supporting different causes each month. For February we are meeting at the Streets of Paradise Art Gallery in downtown Sarasota, FL. The cost to attend our CWC Cause Night is $50 per person. CWC will provide light bites and beverages. This month the proceeds from our meeting will be given back to Streets of Paradise. Please register here to attend. Our group was founded in 2022 and was borne from a passion to support local businesses and our community. We are a closed networking group, only allowing one member per industry classification. Our objectives are to grow each other’s businesses with quality referrals, to add value by providing services for each other’s clients, and to bless others in the community through giving opportunities. We meet twice per month. Our 2nd Wednesday meetings are on Zoom and follow a structured agenda for networking and passing referrals. Our 4th Tuesday meetings are our in person CWC Cause Nights.
