Description

Beth's class will be an all levels flow class and will be slow paced so that each student can arrive and feel into each pose. But do not mistake slow for easy, we will find heat and presentness in each posture. There will be opportunities to add more challenge or to create more ease as we move and breath together. We will cultivate curiosity, encourage grounding and welcome open hearted centering. This class will be held on Saturday morning at lululemon Fairhaven. Doors open at 9:00am, class begins promptly at 9:30am. Classes are open to ages 16+ and waivers will need to be signed upon arrival. Reservations are required.
