Join us for a powerful two film feature about the endurance, strength and resilience of the Modoc Nation! We will feature the documentary, Modoc Nation: An Untold Story of Survival followed by recent short film This is Their Land which was scripted by our own, Joseph Dupris (Modoc; Visiting Assistant Professor in Linguistics and Ethnic Studies). After the viewing, the audience is encouraged to engage in a Q&A with Joe Dupris and the directors and producers Roman Zaragoza and Michael O'Leary of This is Their Land. Light reception with appetizers to follow.
