inspiraHike is a unique mindful experience that takes participants on an outdoor sunset hike. The hike at Mount Falcon West offers spectacular sunset views of the Rockies, ruins of a 1918 castle, glimpses of famous Red Rocks, and incredible vista views of the Denver metro area. Through the use of wireless headphones, we have perfectly choreographed music and guided inspiration to match the mood and pace of the journey. It is a completely live event hosted by a hike leader and usually features 5-20 participants. We ask everyone to stay silent for 75 minutes which creates a truly peaceful, calming, and transformational experience where you can spend time with your own personal thoughts, but feel a part of something bigger as you do it with a group. The trail is rated intermediate so a basic level of physical activity is needed. In the winter, the trail can sometimes be a snowy/icy so a good pair of shoes is highly reccommended.
