Grab your reusable water bottle and dress for a workout on Wellness Wednesday at The Village at Rancharrah on March 15th! This circuit style event is hosted by The Waste Less Shop in celebration of the launch of our new wellness corner! Sample services and products from Dolce Vita, Rev Health Revolution, Sunday Pilates, and Nektar Cafe! Tickets will be sold at 30 minute blocks from 11am to 3:30pm with 10 people maximum per block. Agenda 1. Check in at The Waste Less Shop 10 minutes before your ticket time to receive your circuit map + schedule. 2. Head to Dolce Vita Spa to fill up your reusable water bottle with hydration water and a 10 min meditation. 3. Next visit Rev Health Revolution for a vitamin B-12 shot. 4. Then stop by Sunday Pilates for a 10 min introductory reformer class. 5. Refuel with a juice or smoothie at Nektar Cafe. 6. Finish back at The Waste Less Shop to blend your own essential oil aromatherapy and mist then do some shopping with local sustainable athleisure brand, Seria Vedel! The entire circuit will take you approximately 1 hour. Make a day of it and visit one of our neighbors at Rancharrah for lunch, a baked good, or cocktail afterwards!
