Some of the wonderful benefits will include a restorative yin yoga flow (led by Peace Ransom) to the magical reiki-infused sound of singing bowls (performed by Rachele Davis), for increased flexibility of all levels, relaxation for better sleep, reduced stress levels, emotional release to promote spiritual well-being, & improved mood to awaken and align any chakras that may be out of balance.
